This is the original Crater Barn built in the 1920s in Newberg, Oregon. It was schedule to be demolished by a developer but our client, a retired carpenter himself, purchased the structure and trusted us to dismantle it and rebuild it on his property outside of Newberg for him. The new barn home features 90% original material, updated to current building codes with a modern open floor-plan. The custom home also features a full wood working shop and entertainment spaces, two bathrooms and full kitchen.
