One question we hear a lot is “Can we take out that wall?” and with us, the answer is almost always “yes!” To maximize space the entire first floor was opened up by inserting a steel beam to remove a load-bearing wall. By using steel we reduced the size of the beam that was needed allowing us to completely hide the beam. A luxurious cook’s kitchen creates entertaining space.
