EverLife Home is offering a planning contract for $3,000.00 that provides your loved one with a fully planned remodel project. They can then choose to move on to a construction contract with a fixed bid budget. This is the perfect gift for a family member that wants a room or two remodeled!
Holiday Offer Details
The planning contract will provide the following:

20 hours of EverLife Home remodel planning time with a dedicated Project Planning Manager – this is enough time to plan a 1-2 room remodel.

Architecture and floor plans – includes drawings, floor plans and renderings.

Selections – includes your selections for fixtures, finishes, surfaces, and colors for the approved plans.

Trade partner walk throughs – Our trade partners will walk through the project area and provide quotes and scope of work

Fixed bid proposal – You will have a final meeting where the team will present a fixed big proposal for your project, and you can decide if you want to move forward into a construction contract at that time.
You will receive a PDF gift certificate that you can print and gift wrap, or we can print it for you on card stock paper and mail it to you with a nice envelope to put under the tree or in a stocking.
*Fixed bid contract proposals are good for up to 30 days from the time of proposal. After 30 days we may need to review your project to ensure pricing is still accurate.
